Graphic Designer

Status: Part-time Contract Position

TechChange provides human-powered services like facilitation, production, support, and design and a user-centric platform to support over 500K users across some 800 courses, workshops, and events.


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team of creative professionals. This contractor role offers exciting opportunities to collaborate on diverse projects that make a meaningful impact on both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Graphic Designer contractor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various mediums, aligning with the TechChange brand and objectives.


  1. Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  2. Designing engaging visual content for digital and print materials, such as presentations, reports, social media graphics, and more.
  3. Ensuring consistency in brand representation across all design elements.
  4. Adapting designs based on feedback from stakeholders to meet project goals.
  5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for creating impactful visual content.


Salary range: Based on experience.
